Not very helpful! I ordered an item online paid with paypal they sent a short email the next day saying not in stock we have cancelled your order, That was fair enough but they would not notify paypal of the situation even after me requesting them to do so I have just spent 20 minutes sorting out paypal because of them very poor communication & rude
